NDA Enforcement

Forces must accept a legally binding NDA before they can even request access to your project. Every acceptance is permanently recorded with a timestamp. Use our standard mutual NDA or upload your own.

Gated Proposal Access

You control who sees your project. After NDA acceptance, Forces request access. You review their certifications, track record, and ratings before granting entry. Only approved Forces can submit proposals.

Confidential Document Sharing

Upload schema diagrams, requirements docs, data dictionaries, and other sensitive materials. Confidential files are only visible to Forces you have explicitly approved.

Force proposes milestones

When submitting a proposal, the Force breaks the project into 2–5 milestones with deliverables and amounts.

Client chooses funding type

Full Fund (3% fee): pay the entire project upfront — all milestones escrowed from day one. Milestone Fund (12% fee): pay per milestone before each phase begins.

Work, deliver, approve

The Force delivers, the client reviews. Up to 2 revision rounds per milestone. Approved work releases payment to the Force.

Funds always secured first

Under either model, the Force never works without funded escrow behind them. Full Fund secures everything at once. Milestone Fund secures each phase before it starts.

Scout, Recon & Consultations

Scout is a flat $79 for clients — pay once, get your Scout Report. Recon is a flat $5 for Forces — diagnostic interview, AI prompt, checklist. Both have no escrow, no milestones. 1:1 Consultations are escrow-protected per session.

Stripe processing (~2.9% + $0.30) is absorbed into the above fees — no extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels before the Force starts work, a 5% cancellation fee applies — 60% goes to the Force for their time, 40% to the platform. Once work begins, funds stay in escrow until the milestone is completed or a dispute is resolved.
