Scout tells you what the problem is and what it will cost to fix. The Playbook tells you exactly how to fix it, step by step. If you just need clarity before hiring, Scout alone is enough. If your team wants to execute the fix themselves — or hand a detailed spec to a specialist — add the Playbook. Most teams choose both.

When a client accepts a proposal, they choose Full Fund (entire project escrowed upfront) or Milestone Fund (funded per phase). Either way, funds are held in escrow before the Force begins work. Milestones are released once the client approves. If there's a dispute, our team mediates to find a fair resolution.

Every Force connects their Trailhead profile. We validate certifications, superbadges, and community standing automatically. You're hiring verified expertise, not self-reported resumes.

Posting projects is free. With Full Fund (default), clients pay a 3% service fee and Forces pay 15%. With Milestone Fund, clients pay 12% per milestone and Forces pay 10%. Secure Gigs carry a 5% fee at posting. Scout is $79, Scout + Playbook is $199. 1:1 Consultations range from $99 to $500.
